Use the Queue Management page to review and manage MDaemon's message queues. Each queue lists all of the messages it contains as well as details about each one, such as who the message is to and from, its subject, its size, and more. Further, on the toolbar at the top of the page you can choose from several different queue management options, depending on which queue you are viewing:
Refresh—Click this button at any time to refresh the contents of the queue.
View—View any message by double-clicking it, or by selecting the message and clicking View on the toolbar.
Delete—If you wish to delete any messages, select the messages and click Delete.
Copy/Move—Most queues have a Copy/Move feature.
To copy or move a message:
1.Select one or more messages.
2.Click Copy/Move on the toolbar.
3.Choose the Queue, Public Folder, or User's Mailbox to which you wish to copy or move the message.
4.Click Copy or Move on the toolbar.
Release/Release All — releases the selected message or all messages from the displayed queue. MDaemon will attempt to deliver the messages regardless of errors encountered. For example, they will not be returned to the Holding Queue even if they encounter the same errors that caused them to be moved there originally.
Requeue/Requeue All — This option "re-queues" the selected message or all messages contained in the queue and attempts to process them normally for delivery. If you attempt to process messages contained in the Holding queue, Bad queue, or the like then the messages may encounter the same errors that put them there in the first place and return them to the same queue.
Learn Spam/Non-spam—Use these buttons to copy the selected messages to the Bayesian Spam or Non-spam folders.
Freeze/Unfreeze—At any time you can "freeze" the Remote, Local, or Inbound Queues, which means they are switched to a temporary state where MDaemon will stop processing the messages in the queue. To freeze/unfreeze a queue, simply click Freeze on the toolbar. To unfreeze it, click the button again.
The queue configuration settings are available under Setup » Mail Queues/DSN.
