Use the options on this page if you wish to add custom links to the navigation menu in Webmail.
To add a custom link to Webmail's navigation menu:
1.In the Select Domain drop-down list, click Global if you want the link to appear for all domains, or select a specific domain.
2.In Display Name, type the text for the custom link.
3.Type the link's Full URL, which must include the protocol (http, https, ftp, or ftps). If you use macros, the URL must start with "{$LOCAL$}?" without the protocol. You can use the macros {$SESSIONID$}, {$DOMAIN$}, and {$USER$}.
Example: {$LOCAL$}?Session={$SESSIONID$}&View=Main&Domain={$DOMAIN$}&User={$USER$}
4.Optional: If you wish to use an icon with your custom link, use the Upload Custom Image options to upload a 32x32 png, jpeg, gif, or bmp image. The image will be stored in following folder: WorldClient/HTML/All/Images/Custom. Then, type the filename (e.g. image.png) in the Optional Button Image option.
5.Click +Add.
6.Click Save.
To remove a custom link, select the desired link and click X Remove.
