Blocked Account List

This page displays all accounts that have been automatically blocked by Dynamic Screening due to failing the Auth Failure Tracking conditions. Blocked accounts can only sign in from Trusted IPs and IPs on the Dynamic Allow List, and each account will remain on this list until its expiration time has elapsed, as determined by the Blocked Account Timeout setting. You can also manually add accounts to the list and set the expiration time for each entry.

Adding Accounts to the List

To add an account to the list:

1.Click +Add.

2.Enter the account's email address into the "Email" field (you can click Browse Users to select the account from a list to fill-in the Email field for you). If you wish to exempt an entire domain, use the *@example.com wildcard in the Email field instead.

3.Under Expires, set the date and time you want the entry to expire from the list, or click Never if you do not want it to expire.

4.Click Apply or Save and Close.

Removing Accounts from the List

To remove an account from the list, select the account and click X Delete.
