When you have enabled the Webmail option to "Allow users to create temporary links to personal documents", any shareable links that your users have created will appear in this list.
For each linked file, the list displays: the file's name, path, size, the link's URL, the date and time the link was created, how many times the file has been downloaded, the date/time it was last downloaded, the MDaemon account who created the link, and the account's domain.
You can delete any link by selecting the link and clicking Revoke Links.
Note: Each link is automatically deleted after 30 days (files are not removed, only the temporary link is deleted).
